BMI has done extensive research to bring state-of-the-art diagnostic and treatment programs to the practice. Diagnostic testing allows BMI to fully customize each patient’s diet and exercise plan based on their unique metabolism. We do this by performing an analysis of each individual. We can do this through a combination of different methods including, but not limited to: food allergy testing, genetic testing, advanced hormonal testing, bioidentical hormone therapy, and gut check to assess the health of the gut microbiome. Because of this process, treatment at BMI creates an individualized plan incorporating diet, exercise, and medication to best serve each patient.
